It may be that the number of likes after the relaunch is no longer the same as before - I have already written about this elsewhere. But it definitely can't be the case that they drop so much within a few hours.
Our technology is already looking at this.

Could be solved more elegantly: E.g. with a small pop-up window pointing this out!

I agree with you too. I also don't think the reaction is appropriate, it shouldn't be the aim to get as many likes as possible. In my opinion, this is about constructive criticism, after all, we're not on Facebook here.

The likes don't decide whether your product is selected and included in the sales range anyway.
So please don't bang on like that Mr. Honegger.
a slightly more polite choice of words would probably not be wrong either. It would achieve the same - if not better - result (although I understand the reason for the anger!)
