It may be that the number of likes after the relaunch is no longer the same as before - I have already written about this elsewhere. But it definitely can't be the case that they drop so much within a few hours.

Do you suspect a part has been deactivated?
Could be solved more elegantly: E.g. with a small pop-up window pointing this out!

We have not yet found out how the likes can simply disappear, but our technical team has been working on the problem since yesterday evening.

I find your contribution exaggerated dear Istanbul..... is it necessary to be so eager for likes at your age?
And where there is technology and people, mistakes happen... nobodys perfect.

I agree with you too. I also don't think the reaction is appropriate, it shouldn't be the aim to get as many likes as possible. In my opinion, this is about constructive criticism, after all, we're not on Facebook here.

The likes don't decide whether your product is selected and included in the sales range anyway.

a slightly more polite choice of words would probably not be wrong either. It would achieve the same - if not better - result (although I understand the reason for the anger!)
