Our venison salsiz is subject to various quality controls within the production process, whereby the examination of the quality protocols does not reveal any deviations. The product is also tasted and evaluated at regular intervals according to a defined test plan. Here too, the latest tastings did not reveal any sensory deviations. A certain amount of salt is necessary for the production of a raw sausage in order to preserve it. The nutritional declaration on the packaging always provides guidance. Among other things, this also provides information about the salt content in a product. We regret that you were unable to enjoy our salsiz.
