In a nutshell: how about a raspberry syrup with stevia? That would make the popular syrup a little healthier :-)

Hello pradolino
Thank you for your suggestion. I'll be happy to pass it on to the people responsible for the raspberry syrup. They will certainly look into this option. However, I must also say that we have had rather negative experiences with stevia in other products (such as the peach iced tea). The taste changes slightly, which many customers then no longer like.
However, we are continuing to examine the possibilities with stevia and are keeping an eye on the market and the needs of our customers.
Why don't you make the syrup with xylitol or erythritol, then the taste is guaranteed not to change? I would certainly become a loyal regular customer then!
Many manufacturers have already had this problem, Coca Cola for example being the most prominent one and me personally as well? The solution is to mix stevia with acesulfame K. The active ingredients complement each other, resulting in a stronger sweetness than either substance on its own, which means that much less stevia can be used, almost completely removing the taste. Examples of this are the new Sprite with stevia, Coca Cola Zero or my homemade iced tea. The quality of the liquid stevia is also very important as, in my experience, there are massive differences from brand to brand in terms of off-flavors.
