I am noticing more and more that the raspberries, blackberries and blueberries on the shelf are infested with white mold. (which certainly corresponds to the normal process of a fruit)

Perhaps you could take a quick look at the fruit every 4-5 hours to sort out these packs. (I don't know to what extent the fruit could still be used - to reduce food waste)

(I know, this is complaining at a high level) but it should not be a reproach, but a possible optimization! :)
