What joy when I saw the fine Mr. Stock again today, I had to have one immediately.
Of course it's simply good.
But why is it now organic and more expensive?
Aha yes, organic is more expensive.
But as I had nothing to complain about the "normal" Mr. Stock last season, I wonder why they have to tinker with something "old" again and suddenly go organic?

Thank you for your message. We are pleased that you like the Mr. Stock so much and that you are happy about its return to our Take Away range.
The demand for organic products is growing all the time. We have therefore decided to offer the "Herr Stock" product in organic quality for the first time. This makes sense because this mashed potato is already a natural product that is always freshly prepared.
As the production of organic potatoes is more costly for the farmer and the supply is not as large, the price is somewhat higher than if conventionally produced raw materials were used.

I think it's good that it's also available in organic quality... however:
1) the price has become massively more expensive
2) not many customers always want organic quality
3) If the supply of raw materials is not so great, why did they switch to organic quality?
Both variants could have been offered. Many will be put off by the much higher price and won't buy it. Then the product will be removed from the range and the customer response will increase
