Origin of the wheat in the flour ?

Herkunft des Weizens beim Mehl ?

I bought Ruchmehl from Landi today
I associate Landi = Swiss farmers = Swiss product

I was amazed when I read the following in the declaration:

- Made in Switzerland, with wheat from Switzerland, Germany, Austria

At Migros it simply says "Made in Switzerland", at least if you look at the products online. I am now really confused. Does the wheat in Migros flours come from Switzerland or is it simply milled in Switzerland with wheat from different flours, as is the case with Landi?
