Why did you change the recipe? It was so heavenly good and now with these grains it is simply inedible. What a shame, I loved it the way it was.

Do you still have the packaging? If so, could you post the ingredients here? The last time I bought one, it was the same as always or as per the website: https://produkte.migros.ch/hercules-classico-111466300200 Are there any differences in terms of ingredients (if you compare yours and what's online)?

It has a new recipe and is now called Hercules rustico. So it's not the same bread at all, unfortunately.

I haven't seen the Hercules rustico here in Zurich yet, and you can't find it on the website either; we still have the Hercules classico... It would be a real shame if the Hercules classico was no longer available, it hasn't been around that long; I think the Hercules classico is one of the best breads ever from Migros. I really don't need any grains in the Hercules bread and a new recipe, it's great the way it is now (i.e. the Hercules classico version).
Hello Liamia, thank you for your contribution. I am happy to inform you that the national Hercules bread is still available as usual. The other variant is a regional product from the Migros Cooperative Eastern Switzerland and Basel. Kind regards, Luisa
