Hello everyone, I have an allergy and until a while ago I always bought the Exotic Sauce from Heinz when it came to sauces, because it's more or less the only one I can eat without any problems. Now it has not been available in Migros for some time. It used to only be available seasonally. But now it has disappeared completely. Can anyone tell me why and whether it is coming back or not? Unfortunately, demand turned out to be too low, so we decided to remove it from the seasonal range. I can well understand that you can't fall back on just any variant due to an allergy. Unfortunately, however, space on our shelves is limited. This means that we can no longer offer products that are not very popular. However, those responsible are prepared to keep an eye on the issue. If demand increases, they will make adjustments if necessary. Kind regards, Tabea

Dear Tabea, I've only just read about it, it's funny, I know many people who particularly love these sauces! Why do you always have to buy newer but sometimes worse products, they just stay on the shelf, because you boycott a lot of things like tomatoes! It's your own fault, there are plenty of stores that offer such products, or you can ask them to include them in their range. And the only problem is the storage space, because you and others regularly rearrange the shelves to catch customers and the staff can put everything away again, you think we haven't figured it out so that you have to search longer in the store and can perhaps sell another product instead. I think I know all the tricks of the trade, the ones you can see. The others remain hidden, but you do notice them, such as sticking meat together with permitted E numbers or ingredients, reducing quantities with the same packaging, etc. Best regards Susanne
