Why on earth would you fill the delicious Heidi Drink into bottles that don't seal when you screw them on? It would be better if they were completely non-reclosable, then at least you know that you shouldn't stow the opened bottle in your bag!

It seems that your bottle that has leaked is an isolated incident, which we very much regret. We have not received any other feedback and have not experienced any problems with our return samples.
It is important that you remove the aluminum foil completely after opening the bottle for the first time and close the lid tightly. Then the bottle should not leak.
