Hello, for about half a year now, the fresh yeast we buy in Migros often goes bad about 10 days before the expiration date. We keep them exactly the same as before, but since the yeast became scarce as a result of the corona pandemic, we have the feeling that the shelf life of the yeast has been greatly reduced.
