Sorry, I haven't forgotten you, the clarification took a little longer.
The chestnut bread contains chestnut puree as well as chestnuts, so that the chestnut flavor is even more intense. This puree contains vegetable oils (palm/ rapeseed).
The oil delays the drying out of the bread. The palm oil is therefore not a direct component of the bread, but an ingredient of the added chestnut puree.
