On April 12, 2017, I sent two full trading cards (in two different envelopes) to Migros. I had ticked the surprise package with the pink bunny and the surprise package with the red bunny. However, nothing has arrived to date. Are there no more parcels?
Do you know if and how I might still receive the two bunnies?

First of all, I would like to thank you for your patience in responding to our reply. We regret to inform you that due to the very high demand, all surprise packages are sold out. Many people may not know it, but we have actually ordered 200,000 more packages than last year in the firm belief that there will be enough for everyone this time - always with the note "while stocks last". Unfortunately, even this increase to a total of one million packages was not enough. This is why some customers, like you, have not yet been able to receive a surprise package. Nevertheless, you will receive mail from us: we will send you a small surprise, which should arrive at the beginning of June.

Thank you so much for sending us the baby rabbits! These were the last two we were missing. Now we have all 10 babies :-)
It's not so bad that we didn't receive any Migros products: you can always buy them in Migros.

Not everyone was so lucky....
If you have double bunny babies and want to give them away, there are certainly fans who will be delighted.

Unfortunately not. I would love to give away doubles, but we have exactly the 10 bunny babies and unfortunately no doubles :-(
