I have just reached the product manager and can therefore already give you some feedback: According to her information, the demand for refill bags for hand dishwashing liquid is very low. For this reason, no refill bags are available for the hand dishwashing detergent.

This seems to be a popular answer: low demand. But how can there be any demand at all if the product doesn't even exist?
In any case, I would also buy refill packs.
To perhaps increase the "demand" a little: I have been asking myself (and sometimes the store staff) for years why Handy is not available in refill packs. And I'm almost certain that I and the few others here on Migipedia are far from the only ones ...
By the way: please also use the "concentrate" for refilling (the "normal" Handy seems much more liquid to me than in the old days)
