Cell phone subscription from Migros does not work

Hello

At the beginning of this week, I wanted to take out the Migros cell phone subscription with 2000 SMS, 2000 minutes of calls and 2GB Internet in the Molibe Zone. I went through the whole registration process and then received my SIM card. However, after I have inserted and unlocked the new card, the information "No network" always appears. This has been going on for a few days now and the problem persists even after restarting several times.

Has this happened to anyone else, or is there a solution?
