Super subscription ? But why can't I make "normal" calls from there when I cross the border??? Nothing works anymore - OK with an extra subscription... CLASS always for 30 days/ or 1 month!?? What if I go on a day trip? What if the vacations fall stupidly at the end of one month, the beginning of another month and I "actually" "HAVE" to be reachable via the phone number? I would NEVER have switched from One!!! Why can't you offer roaming for one day? Or a call...? Or is that possible??? I want to use the Mega + phone from Switzerland abroad (EU) and vice versa, plus abroad INSIDE the EU! Without having to take out a monthly subscription! And it seems very difficult to switch, as I used the offer and the offer period is too short with other subscriptions... =I was able to cancel faster with One, now it's much longer. @ALL Think carefully about whether you want to switch! I studied for a loooong time and still "fell in". Dear Migros for CH Mega is a suuuuuper offer ?, but if you have to be reachable abroad with a certain CH number or simply don't have prepaid in the country, you're FULL of A....! I would be happy if I could at least make one phone call, send sms at a fair price. So really only important short things would be possible.... ONCE, or 1 DAY...? That's no good at all. Maybe we should cancel ours in good time now. At Christmas...vacations... So sorry I'm angry, but hopefully someone can understand me!

Hi Traberli Since I didn't have a phone number to forward to my colleagues at M-Budget Mobile, they could only guess what your problem is. They wrote me the following: "Basically, the problem in this case is probably due to the phone's settings. Roaming could be deactivated. The number should work abroad even without an additional package. If it is not due to the device settings, the customer can contact us directly. https://shop.m-budget.migros.ch/de/kontakt In this case, we would send a new SIM card free of charge." I'll have a look at it. So "normal" roaming should work...? Great, we were unavailable twice during the vacations, and then again on a short trip. Where it was also urgent. That's tedious. I'll test it and see.

And then on vacation it didn't work with the phone. I didn't want to take it out on individuals. The description only says 30 days abroad subscription... and you should use a Preapaid. @Traberli, As far as I know, option packages / roaming packages are valid for 30 days from the day of activation. So not stubbornly from the 1st to the last of the month.... Salt has (had) something funny like that. Packages always from the 10th to the 9th of the next month. So if you were on vacation for 2 weeks after the 10th of a month, you had to buy 2 monthly packages.

Hi Traberli, As I understand it, roaming costs (example Spain):Calls abroad are billed in steps of 60 seconds. Calls within the country of residence: 0.45/min. Calls to Switzerland: 0.45/min. Calls to EU / Western Europe: 0.45/min. Calls to all other countries: 3.70/min. Incoming calls: 0.27/min.If you pay for such a subscription, everything abroad is the same as in Switzerland (free unlimited...).
