The vegan range has expanded considerably in recent years, but I think it could be better promoted in-store. What's more, like some of your competitors, Migros magazine and your recipes should focus on ecological and sustainable consumption. Unfortunately, basic information has to be repeated over and over again (e.g. how many hectares or how much water is needed to produce a beef steak, what would be the production equivalent in kg of such and such a foodstuff (cereal, vegetable), etc.). As far as meat equivalents are concerned, they are much cheaper than meat, but yoghurts or other dairy substitutes are still in a price range a little too high to be really competitive.
