That's right. I don't buy cheap minced meat from the wholesalers any more either, instead I have a beautifully selected piece of meat freshly minced in my local butcher's shop. The cheapest meat - in the truest sense of the word - can't be top quality, but that's nothing new. Spiced up with cutting water and gas-packed. Yikes....
