And: I was never asked to give my opinion on the chips...
Something must have gone wrong!

In the reviews of the Alnatura kale chips, some users also comment that they had to pay a fee to the delivery service because the shipment was not stamped. Because of the sloppy shipping, the product now receives a bad rating, which it does not deserve.

Thanks for your tip. Yes, something went wrong with the shipping. Some testers had to pay the postage afterwards. Of course, this is definitely not what we wanted. All testers have been informed by e-mail, we have apologized and a small apology gift is already in the making.
