Dear Migros... One of my favorite products has been taken out of the range... The Grande Caffè Zero. When I wanted to switch to the Skinny Fat from Starbucks...it's no longer available either. Dear Migros, bring back at least one of the two.... you don't have any left at the moment.
Hello cosima71, we are sorry that we can no longer offer you your favorite coffee. Unfortunately, the two coffees were no longer so popular, so we have removed them from the range. If the feedback that the coffee is loudly missed continues, we will consider reintroducing it. However, a few dozen will not be enough. We also miss the Grande Caffè, but the vanilla.
It was perfect.
The successor products from Emmi are really no alternative, so we don't buy any more.
It's a shame that every little profit has to be maximized... because you've already sold quite a few of them.
If at all possible, bring it back!
