The fresh goji berries are already sold during the season (approx. June - early September) in larger branches of the Aare, Basel, Lucerne, Eastern Switzerland and Zurich cooperatives. Why goji berries that come from far away? Other fruits and berries that grow more or less right on your doorstep are just as healthy and even fresher...

Migros still likes long-distance transportation, even if it means a massive environmental impact. What a pity. We can only hope that they will perhaps change this in the future and show at least a little consideration for the environment.

Of course there is hope that the goji berries come from the region, from the organic berry plantation near Neuhausen am Rhein....Have heard of Rääs Wildbeeren !
Otherwise they just come from the EU like the others.
