Thank you for your message. I can understand you very well. As an allergy sufferer, shopping is sometimes really tedious! Having all aha! products in one place is probably not possible as the products are organized by category/range in the store. The topic of blockfacing (grouping all allergy products together on one shelf) comes up again and again.
We can tell you the following about this:
Migros is organized as a cooperative. This means that not all products are equally available in all regions of Switzerland. Due to the different product ranges, the distribution/management of a "special shelf" would be enormously complex.
Our products with the Migros aha! label are optimized for various allergenic ingredients, for example not only gluten-free, but also lactose-free, dairy-free, egg-free, etc. They are chilled, non-refrigerated, non-dairy and non-allergenic. They are chilled, unrefrigerated or frozen, which makes it extremely difficult to combine everything on one shelf.
We stock products with an overall aha! product appearance (aha! logo, vertical yellow "tail" with information on intolerance triggers), but also some that are aha! certified and carry the aha! label, but run under a different main brand (so-called co-branding). These items are not only bought by those affected, but also by customers without intolerances.
Classic examples of such aha! co-branded items are the two gluten-free farmers (cornflakes and blueberry/blackberry) as well as the lactose-free Rapelli ham, the gluten-free organic cornflakes and the organic fruit muesli and some dairy products. These items must continue to be placed with the normal range. Customers without intolerances will therefore look for these products in their usual place and not in the allergy range. For block facings, we would therefore have to place some products twice (on the special shelf and with the conventional products) and there is no space for this in the stores. What we do ensure, however, is that we group all aha! products on the shelf within a product area.

Thank you for your answer. If you could tell from a distance which products are gluten-free/lactose-free from the price tags, either by the different color of the tags or, for example, by the "gluten-free symbol", it would make shopping easier for many people with allergies and intolerances.

But that doesn't really make sense, because the lactose/gluten-free labels are not a separate "brand line", but labels, i.e. indications/signals, and there are no separate labels for different allergies...

So the question is whether special labeling would help you at all... Stand in front of the muesli shelf as a lactose intolerant person, see the different colored price tags, but then it's "only" gluten-free...
There are so many types of allergy sufferers, which makes separate labeling impossible and bundling under the Aha! label sensible. However, I personally find that the allergy information is relatively easy to find...? In the dairy section, the products are sorted by manufacturer/brand and label anyway, and otherwise there aren't 1000 different varieties of a product.
After all, you go into the store, look for bread, for example, and go to the bread section, where there are perhaps 10 types of bread - you can find the "Aha!" label relatively quickly...

Most aha! product price tags are already specially labeled today. The aha! logo is always printed in color on the shelf label. This special labeling is only done for a few brands in Migros.

I just don't understand why it's possible in other countries and why it should be too complicated and time-consuming in Switzerland.
Besides, in my opinion it makes sense!
Edeka, Germany, for example: separate shelves for special products (e.g. Schär, Hammermühle etc.), and many gluten-free products are marked in orange and lactose-free products in green on the shelves.
So I can even tell my 3-year-old son to bring me a pack of gluten-free spaghetti and he brings me the right ones 100% of the time. That wouldn't be possible at Migros! What's more, many products that are not from a special range are also labeled. This often saves me the long search for a gluten-free product and I only need to skim the ingredients list of the labeled product. Although my journey to the nearest MMM Migros is only half as long as to Germany, I get back from shopping in Germany much quicker.
I really appreciate Migros' commitment in the area of "allergy products", but I still always have to think about where I go shopping.

I think the point is that these are BRANDS, not labels.
It may make sense to give certain brands a separate shelf. But not with labels that are given to all possible brand products that meet the criteria... A special brand for allergy sufferers would be Schär, for example.

I was in Migros in Brugg last Saturday. The aha! logo is on some of the price tags, especially in the bread section. But it is not carried through in the store. In the refrigerated section, for example, the Spätzle, ravioli etc. are not labeled at all. In addition, the green aha! logo dot looks too similar to the green organic logo and is therefore not really a help...
