But Jowa, the company behind this bread, also produces bread for the catering trade under the "Huttwiler" brand at its factory in Huttwil. And this bread is really delicious because it is freshly baked in a baking foil and therefore stays nice and moist. Why can't you buy this bread in Migros, but only in restaurants?
