The individually wrapped gluten-free rolls (there were 3 varieties) in the Migros restaurant are a huge hit!!!

My mother, who suffers from coeliac disease (gluten intolerance), really enjoyed being able to eat a fresh roll with her salad plate.

A big compliment to the development team.

It would be great if these individually wrapped gluten-free rolls were also available in stores. As not all restaurants are so forward-thinking, the individual rolls could then be taken away at any time when eating out without the rest of the bread pack drying out or going moldy at home.
