A few years ago there was a blood orange sorbet and mandrin lisorbet during the winter season. Unfortunately, it was only available for a very short time and I haven't seen it anywhere since. Was the demand so low that production was discontinued? I can't imagine, as they were so delicious.

There have already been at least two discussions about mandarin sorbée in the forum. Unfortunately without a positive response so far. Funnily enough, I had my last delicious mandarin sorbée a few years ago on the Golzeren Alp.

Thank you for your message. Seasonal products and limited editions always make it possible to try out new things. If these products are then particularly popular, they can of course also be included in the permanent range. I imagine blood orange sorbet and mandarin lisorbet to be very delicious. I'll be happy to find out if something is planned here.
