A few years ago, on a vacation trip to Vietnam, I came across a ginger snack at a market that I really liked and would love to buy in Migros:
Ginger cut into wafer-thin slices, dried and dusted with powdered sugar. I bought a kilo straight away and took it home with me. My sister put them on her sandwich - she loved them.
Maybe the word "chips" is misleading because the slices are not crispy like potato chips. They taste spicy, but the powdered sugar tones it down. I think these ginger potato chips are a simple, healthy and tasty snack.
