I discovered them at the market:
Dried vegetable strips (carrots, Pfälzer, leek, parsley, celery and savoy cabbage), can be used as a soup garnish, in rice or pasta, in gratins.
They are very tasty and you only have to cook the strips for about 10 minutes.
Would make a great "from the region" product. Or as an M-Budgt family bag.
