Thank you for your request. As there is only limited space on the Migros shelves, we sometimes have to remove products from the range so that new ones can be reintroduced. We usually make sure that we take less popular products off the shelves. We are sorry that one of your favorite products has been affected.
Nevertheless, I will be happy to pass your question on to the product managers. Perhaps the product has only temporarily disappeared from the range.

OK, understood, BUT: On the one hand, all new products are announced with a lot of fanfare - why not also announce, without fanfare but as information to customers, what is being removed from the range and why?

Oh, I think that's a great idea! A selectable page on which the discontinued products are listed. That could save the migipedia people a lot of questions. And consumers could immediately make their protest known when something they love disappears.
