Sorry, for once I can't recommend a Migros product: The ultimate best dark chocolate can be found in Schwyz at Felchlin, or at Café Haugg on Postplatz in Schwyz. Incredibly expensive. All you really need is a small piece that you can let melt slowly in your mouth. The secret is the extremely long processing time, the chocolate is conched (rolled) for 3 days. This means it loses the unpleasant acidity that often dominates bitter chocolate - a luxury. But worth every one of the very! many centimes.
