Flavor enhancers in sausage products

Unfortunately, almost all Migros sausage products contain flavor enhancers (glutamate). It has been proven since the 1970s that glutamate, in whatever form, can cause severe palpitations, stomach problems, headaches, allergies, ADHD and nausea in many people. What's more, there may even be a link between glutamate and Alzheimer's disease.
I therefore find it extremely tragic that Migros has still not managed to ban this poison from its sausage products, as well as all other foods, for good.

Dear Migros, there must finally be a change in food technology - namely to sell glutamate-free and yeast extract-free products for the sake of consumers. We don't want to eat poison!!!
