Today we went shopping at Migros and took a closer look at the range of products in the small M store. As I am now cooking jam again and want to use as little sugar as possible, I looked for the Migros gelling agent. I would need 1kg of sugar for 1kg of fruit. So the jam is simply too sweet. Please, please, please, dear Migros, could you not offer a gelling agent with which we only need approx. 1/3 sugar (fruit : sugar = 1 : 3)?
