Money coupons are not money

Geldcoupons sind kein Geld

I was astonished to discover recently that the part of my purchase that I pay for with Migros franc vouchers does not entitle me to Cumulus points. I told customer service that I had previously thought these vouchers were cash. Another customer next to me intervened and thought the same. It's the same at the coop: if I pay an amount with Superpoints, I receive new Superpoints for this amount. In short, the Migros rule goes against common sense, is unfair and petty. After all, I earned the vouchers.
