Perhaps it would be a good idea if the fridges for drinks had pull-out shelves so that staff could simply fill them up from the back, so that bottles that are already well chilled would be ready to hand at the front. Customers wouldn't have to fish for cold bottles (although some leave quite a mess behind) and staff wouldn't have to bring older bottles forward.
