When will you be adding frozen diced onions to your range? We always get them organised through friends who often shop in Germany. It's such an ingenious product, saves so much time - not to mention the onion wine. In Germany, there are even different pack sizes, such as the ultra-practical 70 gram portions, which are perfect for a menu. We would really like to have such a practical product. So simple and yet so ingenious.

In the time it takes me to search the catacombs of my freezer for the chopped onions, I would have diced the onion I needed long ago.

So freezing onions (especially spring onions where I need less at a time) is practical, but honestly I do that myself... When I need some, I cut more and put some in the freezer. No problem, but what I find good and what I miss are frozen herbs, chives, parsley, mixed... They are super ingenious for potato salad, herbs, quark, herb butter etc...

So I also like the idea of using herbs. Peterli/chives in organic quality, preferably from Switzerland. And in packaging that is easy to reseal so that you can take out a small amount at a time.
