What is the reason that the charge bags are only available at the checkouts but not at the self-checkout stations?

-- There are no Cumulus points, i.e. no 2-fold etc. -- They cannot be paid for with Blue Receipts, i.e. only cash or cards, Twint etc. They are items that are sold for third parties: this includes posting parcels for the post office and DHL. Incidentally, in our region these products are not even offered at the checkouts, but must be purchased at the information desk.
That would interest me too... It would be desirable if the charge bags were also available at the self-checkout stations, then you wouldn't have to queue at the checkout and ask for them. It's the same at Lidl. Aldi doesn't (yet) have self-checkout checkouts, but the charge bags are on the shelf next to/by the conveyor belt; i.e. you don't have to ask for them, you can just take them yourself.
Hello everyone, depending on the branch, you can obtain the charge bags from customer service or directly from the checkouts. Where they are available for sale is decided by the respective cooperatives themselves - depending on the space available. We are happy to take your input on being able to buy the bags contactless.
