It seems that the Swiss are the champions of waste. We throw away a meal's worth of food every day... It's unbelievable!
Distributors are obliged to indicate a use-by date, but many products don't need one, like all dry foods (e.g. pasta, rice, lentils).
Before throwing away, just check the appearance and taste.
10 days after eating.
You can also freeze leftover cooked meals.
Dry bread is the basis of many delicious recipes (don't feed it to animals, as it contains a lot of salt and makes them sick).
but I think that everyone can do something on a daily basis to improve the future!
