Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, sometimes we have to remove products from our range to make room for new, innovative products. We normally take care to remove less popular products from the range - I'm sorry that it seems to have affected one of your favorite products of all things.
I'll be happy to pass on your concerns to the product managers.
Tip: Perhaps the jam is now simply still available in very large 3M Migros stores. Have you ever looked there?

Thank you for your message. This jam hasn't been available for years, so I won't find it in 3M stores either. But fortunately Migros also has other delicious types of jam on offer! :o)
