Hello
On 17.04.2018, I returned my Dyson vacuum cleaner for warranty reasons. The Keneticball function was defective, i.e. the wheel broke off the housing.
Common sense would be:Okay ahh a defective housing... so you have to rebuild the whole innards and get a new housing, ah you have to send it to the Migrosservice and then on to Genve to Dyson??? Anyone who knows anything about economics will realize that the costs are many times higher.
No, you are put off for 6 weeks, you don't get any clever information and Migros lacks any common sense because it automates everything and takes away the thinking of its employees.
The telephone customer service can't read anything more than what's written on the repair order, so they're busy for nothing.
Sorry Migros but good service used to be...
6 weeks repair plus 2 times shipping through Switzerland 2 customer advisors and a service technician at work, ridiculous who can't do the math... profit-hungry Migros nothing more...
