I bought a special Cornet during the last Fun Cornetglacé Vanilla Strawberry promotion......one without a cardboard lid...the date stamp was simply printed on the ice cream...easy to read🤔🙄

Hello ViolaCornuta, you have indeed caught a special Cornet - sorry. The cause of the described discrepancy is to be found in the mechanics. A suction device places the lids on the top of the ice cream. In rare cases, it can happen that the system does not suck in the rondelle and the cornet leaves the production line without a lid.
