Something that has been bothering me for a long time:
There are some fruits (e.g. kiwis, strawberries) that are sold in plastic trays with an additional plastic coating. I realize that it needs a certain amount of protection, even if I would like it to be completely plastic-free...

but: couldn't the plastic tray be replaced by a cardboard tray (or cardboard box)? This is already available for some products and would be a lot more environmentally friendly...

Why does Migros opt for plastic - I don't see why it couldn't be changed...?
