Thank you for your message. I'm sorry that one of your favorite products, the sliced fruit bread, is no longer available. We usually remove products from our range that are no longer so popular with our customers. As shelf space is limited, we feel obliged to use it for products that meet the needs of as many customers as possible. This enables us to constantly introduce new innovative products and keep our range up to date.
Nevertheless, I will pass on the fact that the fruit bread in slices is missing to the product managers. I hope you find a suitable replacement for you and your family soon.

... me again - small addendum: Can you tell me which store you have preferred to buy the bread from so far? I have just been informed that the product is not stocked in all regions and would therefore like to find out from the local managers what has happened to it.
