Lately, you have to be very careful when packing fruit. You have to take each fruit in your hands and look at it carefully. Many are already rotting.

Hello Skimann, I'm sorry about that :-(. If you can tell me the branch, we will forward your complaint to the responsible cooperative. Best regards, Mia
Lately? Here in ZH, it's apparently "normal" in certain stores for fruit to be rotten or already moldy (especially berries); if you talk to the staff about it in a friendly way, nobody is very interested, or then packs with moldy/completely rotten fruit inside are offered at 50%, which nobody buys... There are already posts about it here in the forum. I've complained about it a few times here in the forum, even mentioning the store, but there's been absolutely no improvement, it's still the same as before; that's why I don't write anything about it here in the forum any more... I have long since drawn the consequences of this and have long since stopped buying fruit and vegetables from Migros, the price/performance ratio is no longer right for me.

Hello smartcoyote, thank you for your feedback. Would you still like to give us the stores so that we can look at this with the stores concerned? Best regards, Noemi

Dear Noemi I think we can all save ourselves the trouble. I've always pointed out to the store manager (if he was there at the time) and/or the employees of the store in question in a friendly manner when I've seen moldy fruit/vegetables on the shelf; they've always said thank you for pointing it out, sometimes the moldy goods have been removed from the rack straight away, sometimes not. In my opinion, however, nothing has changed or I haven't noticed any improvement, it's the same as it's always been, and to be honest I don't even care anymore... The store where it's the "worst" (if you can call it that) is ZH Brunaupark. Kind regards
