Fresh herbs Koreander

Frischkräuter Koreander

Just like last year, this year's fresh coriander is very badly packaged. I bought a packet yesterday (9500 Wil) and have to throw them away today. When I opened them they were soaking wet and already rotten. I would like to ask once again (as I have already written many times) that herbs should not be packed so wet. They are simply unusable that way. Simply pack them drier or offer them in sticks like the other herbs.
I hope that I will find the next packets with a dry interior. Thank you for the quick response.

Hello

From time to time we have also bought more special herbs that didn't grow in our garden. But the packaged Migros herbs are practically always very moist. You should always unpack and use them immediately, otherwise you can compost them straight away. With all the water, the filling quantity is reached sooner so that the profit is even higher. If the prices were reduced and the focus was on real quality, then customers would come back more often, which would be more beneficial for business in the long term. There's nothing you can do, Migros is just the way it is.

Hello@indios

I have passed on your feedback. Unfortunately, I can't tell you whether and how quickly this can be adapted.

I do it the same way as Migi-Ferkel: if I don't need the herbs straight away, I unpack them anyway. I usually even put them in a glass of water. They then keep for several days.

Kind regards
Tanja

Thank you for your feedback. But this answer was already given last year.
But it can't be that these herbs are already "soaking wet" in the bag when you buy them. Something urgently needs to change. And it's always mainly during the summer months. So please do something. Otherwise Migros will be quick to remove good products and put in superfluous ones.
And as I said, if it's not possible to pack dry herbs, then offer the Koreander-Stöckli!!!
