Fresh bread often not in stock

Frisches Brot oft nicht vorrätig

Hello everyone I have noticed that since the renovation of our Migros branch the bread we like to buy is not in stock. This is very annoying if you go shopping on a Friday after 5 a.m. or on Saturday at about 9 a.m. As far as I understand, since the renovation this is no longer organized by Migros but by jowa.ch. I have had to ask the people who work there x times if the bread we want is in stock in a few minutes. Sometimes this worked. Sometimes I had to switch to another bread. YES sometimes I also went to the competition to buy a 500gr plait. Is this problem only known in our branch in Bremgarten (AG) or have you also experienced it in your branch? Greetings Bremi My most frequently bought bread: https://produkte.migros.ch/holzfaellerbrot-terrasuisse-111459300500 https://produkte.migros.ch/butterzopf-terrasuisse-111402000500

We've had problems in the bread department in Wil for a long time. All complaining and talking is useless......

Hi, I was also disappointed recently when the crusty wreath that was in promotion was out of stock a little after 11am. An employee told me that she could bake some, but it would have taken too long. I think the bread that is on sale should be available at least until midday (if not longer).

We were happy to find out for you. The butter plait (500g) must be available at all times at the weekend (Friday/Saturday) - we agree with you. In future, those responsible will pay more attention to keeping this product in stock wherever possible. We regret that you did not find the plait. The woodcutter's bread is less in demand, and we sell this bread more or less well. There is a similar product here, the M-Budget half-white bread. During the day, both are usually in stock. Towards the evening, those responsible make sure that at least one of the two lumberjack breads is available. If, for example, there is still a lot of M-Budget bread in stock, the other bread is not baked. The reason for this is that we don't want to dispose of too many at the end of the day: Food waste issue. However, if we do not have any in stock, please contact the store staff or the store manager directly. It is possible to bake a single loaf of bread on request, this takes about 15 minutes. If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you! Best regards, Brigitte

Hello Cinderella19125, please tell us the store where this happened to you - we will be happy to clarify this for you with the crust wreath. Thank you and best regards, Brigitte

Thank you Brigitte for the offer. I will continue to observe. Ticino bread is currently on offer. Yesterday Friday at 9:30am there was plenty of it, but this time there was no sign that it was even on sale (it has been on sale since Tuesday). I asked an employee about the sign, whereupon he thought that was a good question, he would go and get one. He actually went straight away in the direction of the staff rooms, but the sign didn't come anyway, I assume because they hadn't received any. I probably won't be at Migros until around 2:30pm on Monday, so we'll see if a sign has arrived then...

Hi Cinderella1925 OK, in that case you can continue to monitor the situation. You can also let us know the branch later so that we can also clarify the situation. Kind regards, Angela
