Bought lemongrass last week....without expiration date and already "rotting"! I immediately reported this to a saleswoman, shouting through the store; action 0 After about 1 hour of shopping I had to realize that they still hadn't been cleared away. Please, train the staff to report such products immediately and take them out of the assortment. FB would be an option...right?

Unfortunately, I have also noticed time and again that the freshness of fruit/vegetables/food at Migros often leaves a lot to be desired, and that the employees rarely or never clear away the rotten goods when you kindly point them out/ask them to do so (there is already a similar thread: https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/forum/qualitaet-und-frische-von-fruechten-bei-migros?backtoboard=q%3Derdbeeren%26p%3D1%26sort%3Dlast_activity). To be honest, I don't really care anymore; I only very rarely buy fruit/vegetables etc. at Migros, the competition is worlds better in terms of price/performance. If I see rotten/mouldy produce on the shelf because I want to buy something, I still politely point it out to the staff, but I don't really care whether they put it away or not. I always check whether something is rotten/rotten before I buy it; if in doubt, I just don't buy it. I've thrown money down the drain too many times because I've found moldy/rotten goods in Migros...
