At the end of July I bought a shopping cart from your special sales stand in the gallery at Bern station, and last weekend during the first transport (only swimming gear was loaded, nothing super heavy) one of the wheels came off and can no longer be attached.

As the goods were reduced and the stall no longer exists, I would like to ask who I can contact. The right of return/exchange is always special with reduced-price goods - but in principle such products should also work well for a limited period, right?
