What a sad and unprofessional answer from a person appointed as community manager!
Take a look at the answers from outsourcers like Tania and Karin, who knew how to explain things!

As the product is listed on Frey, but not on migros.ch, it is also not listed on Migipedia. Furthermore, not all products are listed on the latter, but at least one product from each line is. So in this case: An Unlimted chocolate - and there are two of them and a praline!
