I think Migros is fundamentally very progressive in the way it addresses issues such as equality, sexuality and gender. That's why it doesn't suit me at all that I have to state my gender on a competition form (MigMag) and then there's only a choice of woman* or man*. Could this please be adjusted?
It would be a good thing if there was this adjustment. I think it will always be like this in the future so that EVERYONE feels comfortable. But it will take quite a long time, unfortunately. In any case, I understand you, even if it doesn't affect me. Everyone should be treated with respect for who they are!

Thank you very much for your support Monica. It doesn't affect me directly either, I see myself as a woman and am happy to put my cross there, I just think that these adjustments should definitely be made nowadays, especially in large corporations like MIGROS. Something like this always has a role model character....
