I find it tedious to read the same questions about a product over and over again, even though they have already been answered x times, be it years, months or just now by M-infoline.
In order to relieve M-Info, I would consider it sensible to check a box before sending the comment: "I have read the previous comments!" If not - you will be informed with a corresponding text.

I understand your concern - we who are online every day are particularly aware of this.
But sometimes it's not so easy to find questions or answers that have already been asked. Especially with older queries or if you don't enter the right keyword, you won't find the right thing. It is also possible that something has happened in the meantime and there is news. In other words, I think we can only point out from time to time when something is no longer new.
