I bought 2 packs of the fondue in December. The first pack tasted very good, the second was inedible despite being prepared in the same way (and complying with the best-before date). Is this due to a product defect? Can I ask for a replacement?

Can you please tell us the item number or barcode of the product, as well as the M-Data and the lot numbers? The lot number usually starts with the letter L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers. Kind regards, Luisa
