Why don't you create lactose-free and alcohol-free cheese for fondue and raclette?

It's been quiet here for quite a while! We have therefore decided to archive the post. If this topic is still on your mind, feel free to start a new discussion.
We now indicate on all our fondues and raclettes that these products are naturally lactose-free. If any of these products contain alcohol, we also indicate this. The cheese itself contains no alcohol, but ready-to-use fondue mixes may. To find out, consult the list of ingredients.
I didn't mean the ingredient list, I meant whether you could create a fondue and vegetable raclette, without milk or with vegetable milk (rice or almond or soy)
